Returns Avocadostore

INFORMATION:

If something does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you can of course return it to us. If you have purchased a loungewear set, you can also return individual items. The return has to be announced within 14 days after receipt. The returned goods should be without signs of use and the label should not be cut off, otherwise we can not make a full chargeback.

EXCHANGE

Through our returns portal, you can also initiate a size or color exchange. If you wish to exchange for a model with another price, please order again at Avocadostore and return the previous goods in due time.

CREATE RETURN LABEL

Please create your return label HERE and stick it on the package. The return shipment is free of charge for you. After printing out your return label, hand in the parcel at a DPD parcel shop or post office, depending on what you have selected in the returns process.
