How is our loungewear different from other fashion brands?

1) Personal collaboration instead of anonymous mass production

Our loungewear is manufactured in small, family-run businesses in Portugal. Working closely with our production partners is an essential part of what we do.

That’s why I visit the sites in person several times a year. This allows me to oversee the production processes, visit our partners regularly, and work together to find solutions at short notice when needed. It’s important to me to get to know the people who make our collections.

Manufacturing within Europe enables short supply chains, close personal interaction, and long-term partnerships.

In addition, we avoid using plastic packaging whenever possible—from the delivery of materials to the packaging of our products.

2) We deliberately choose natural fibers

For our collections, we use only high-quality 100% merino wool, a natural fiber.

Unlike synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyacrylic, or polyamide, natural fibers are made from renewable raw materials. In addition, microplastic particles can enter wastewater when synthetic textiles are washed. The yarn used is mulesing-free and Oeko-Tex certified.

We also avoid using the plastic bags (polybags) that are otherwise standard in the apparel industry when packaging our production shipments.

3) Our clothes are knitted

Most of the loungewear available today is made from woven or knitted fabrics. We deliberately chose knitted loungewear.

Knitwear has a unique texture, drapes softly, is pleasantly stretchy, and offers exceptional comfort. For me personally, knitwear has always been my favorite items in my closet.

Twice a year, we visit the international yarn fair in Florence, where we select the right yarns for our collections from among a wide variety of Italian yarns.

For our products, we use only Italian yarn that has been tested for harmful substances and is Oeko-Tex certified, sourced from a long-established Italian spinning mill.

4) We test our yarns before each collection

Before we decide on a yarn, we conduct extensive practical testing.

Several Italian yarns are tested for pilling, dimensional stability, washability, and comfort. Only after all tests are complete do we select the yarn that best meets our quality standards.

Our items are also pre-washed, so they're ready to wear right away.

For us, quality does not happen by chance, but rather through careful selection and rigorous testing.

5) We specialize in

Many fashion brands today offer a wide variety of product categories—from clothing and shoes to home accessories.

We have deliberately focused on one area:

Luxury loungewear for women.

Since our founding, we have focused exclusively on designing high-quality loungewear for home and on the go. This specialization allows us to pour all of our experience and attention into every single design.

6) Small collections instead of mass production

Our collections are intentionally produced in small quantities.

This allows us to carefully plan each model and offer our customers select designs, rather than flooding the market with constantly changing collections.

We want to create clothing that will bring joy for many years to come and impress with its quality, timeless design, and high-quality materials.
