SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• We ship with DPD, POST or DHL Express. You will see detailed information during the purchase process. You will receive an automated email from us with a tracking link that you can use to track your parcel.
• Orders placed before 8 a.m. will be dispatched on the same day (Monday to Friday), otherwise 1 day later (exception: if payment is made in advance, the goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment).
• Public holidays in Austria: August 15, October 26, November 1, December 8.
• The specified parcel delivery time in working days refers to MO-FR.
• When shipping to a DHL packing station in Germany, you can choose AUSTRIAN POST/DHL or DHL Express, DPD is not possible! When shipping to a Post-Packstation in Austria, shipping is only possible with AUSTRIAN POST. Please be sure to state the Packstation number and your postal number when ordering! Your postal number must already be activated for shipping and you must also have the app so that you can receive the pick-up code for the parcel on your app.
• Express shipping is possible to many countries and can be booked additionally in some cases.

 

RETURNS: You have an extended right of return of 30 days.

• For countries with free returns (see table above), please use the returns label enclosed with your order. From other countries, please send the goods back to us at your own expense.
• If you would like an exchange, please place a new order and return the other goods within the specified period.
• If you have purchased a set, you can also return individual items to us.
• The returned goods should be without signs of use and the label should not be cut off, otherwise we will not be able to issue a full refund.

• After receiving and checking the returned goods, you will receive your money back from us in the same way as when you paid. We usually refund the money within 1-3 days after receipt of the goods, but within a maximum of 14 days. You will receive an email from us when the money is refunded.

 

CUSTOMS OUTSIDE THE EU:
