SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- We ship via DPD, POST, or DHL Express. You'll see detailed information during the checkout process. You'll receive an automated email from us with a tracking link that you can use to track your package.
- Orders placed before 8 a.m. (Mon–Fri) will be shipped the same day; otherwise, they will be shipped the following day (exception: for orders paid in advance, the merchandise will be shipped after payment is received).
- Public holidays in Austria: August 15, October 26, November 1, December 8.
- The specified delivery time in business days refers to Monday through Friday.
- When shipping to a DHL Packstation in Germany, you can choose between AUSTRIAN POST/DHL or DHL Express; DPD is not an option! When shipping to a Post-Packstation in Austria, shipping is only available via AUSTRIAN POST. When placing your order, please be sure to include the Packstation number and your Post number! Your Post number must already be activated at the time of shipping, and you must also have the app so that you can receive the pickup code for the package on your app.
- Express shipping is available to many countries and can be added as an option in some cases.
RETURNS: You have an extended 30-day return policy.
- For countries where returns are free (see table above), please use the return label included with your order. If you are in another country, please return the merchandise to us at your own expense.
- If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the other item within the specified time frame.
- If you purchased a set, you can also return individual items from it to us.
- Returned merchandise should show no signs of use, and the label should not be cut off; otherwise, we will not be able to issue a full refund.
Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise, we will refund your money using the same method you used for payment. We typically process the refund within 1–3 days of receiving the merchandise, but no later than 14 days. You will receive an email from us when the refund is processed.
CUSTOMS OUTSIDE THE EU:
Switzerland, Liechtenstein: All-inclusive shipping (customs duties and Swiss import tax are included)
Iceland, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, San Marino: Since our collection only consists of goods originating in the EU, shipments to these countries are duty-free. Please note that import taxes and processing fees may apply upon import, which you are responsible for paying. Unfortunately, we do not have any information regarding the amount of these charges. They will be billed to you by DHL Express before or upon delivery. You must also pay these costs in the event of a return.
- Australia, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, the United States, the United Arab Emirates: Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon import, which you are responsible for paying. Unfortunately, we do not have any information regarding the amount of these charges. They will be billed to you by DHL Express before or upon delivery. You must also pay these costs in the event of a return.
