1. Why we have rethought loungewear

When we get home, we want one thing above all else: to get out of the daily grind and into something comfortable. But comfortable was often synonymous with "not presentable". If you wanted to feel comfortable at home, you usually had to change again when you left the apartment. Why was that? This question was the starting point for YOU LOOK PERFECT.

I founded the YOU LOOK PERFECT label in 2017 because I was convinced that it must be possible to develop loungewear that is not only comfortable, but also stylish, high-quality - and sustainable. Clothing that can be worn just as well at home as in a café, in everyday life or when traveling. Without compromising on look, material or production. And that's exactly what we're doing today.

2. Knitwear instead of jersey: what makes our loungewear special

Our loungewear is knitted. This makes it elastic, soft, breathable and visually particularly elegant. Unlike jersey or nicki fabrics, which are familiar from conventional homewear, knitwear brings a whole new quality: It looks dressed - but feels like a second skin.

In addition, knitwear is elastic because of the stitch: no pinching and tugging, everything is soft, cozy and light on the skin. A completely different feel!

3. Merino wool: the sustainable alternative to synthetic fibers

Our collections are made exclusively from the finest merino wool - a natural material that is temperature-regulating, odorless, biodegradable and durable. No synthetic fibers, no microplastics. Instead, real comfort and a good feeling on the skin.

Our high-quality Italian yarn is also free of harmful substances certified, so you can be sure you are not wearing any chemicals on your skin. And we only buy mulesing-free merino yarn, because animal welfare is very important to us!

4. Fair production in Europe - instead of low wages and exploitation in the Far East

We produce exclusively in Europe - with yarn from Italy, made in small factories, mainly in Portugal. This proximity enables us to have short transportation routes, transparent processes and fair working conditions, which we regularly check ourselves on site.

We believe that clothing should not pollute or exploit the world. That's why we only work with companies that share our values - from fair wages and good working conditions to verified environmental standards. We know our partners personally. Our own contracts go beyond statutory minimum standards. This creates real responsibility - and real quality.

5. Plastic-free, CO₂-neutral, responsibly packaged

Our shipping is plastic-free and CO₂-neutral. Instead of the usual polybags - the plastic bags in which every (!) individual item is packed from production - which are absolutely standard in the fashion industry, we pack our products in tissue paper and recycled cardboard boxes!

And with Swiss Post, DPD or DHL Express, every parcel is delivered to the customer in a climate-neutral way.

6. YOU LOOK PERFECT - fashion that looks good and does good

YOU LOOK PERFECT is more than just a fashion label. It is a statement against disposable fashion, against fast fashion, against indifference. It is a commitment to style, quality and awareness.

Today, women all over the world wear our loungewear - from Scandinavia to California. Our heart remains the DACH region, but our vision is boundless: We want to create fashion in which you feel completely comfortable - YOU LOOK PERFECT!
