ORIGIN

• Our merino yarn comes from one of Italy's oldest spinning mills. It is spun and processed in Italy and is certified to be free of harmful substances.

ANIMAL WELFARE

• We only purchase mulesing-freewool. Animal welfare is very important to us. Mulesing is a painful procedure in which the skin folds of lambs are cut away without anesthesia - we strictly oppose this practice.

PRODUCTION

• Made exclusively for us in small, specialized family-run factories in Portugal

• We, too, regularly visit the production facility near Porto in person.

WASHING

• Delicate cycle or wool program at a maximum of 40 °C
• Spin at a maximum of 600 revolutions
• Use a mild wool detergent

DRYING

• Tumble dry on a medium setting using the gentle cycle (e.g., delicates)
• Only if you don't have a dryer, lay the items flat to dry on a clothes rack. 

FINISHING & STORAGE

• Iron lightly if necessary
• Store flat in the closet
