If something does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you can of course return it to us. If you have purchased a loungewear set, you can also return individual items. 

Up to 30 days from receipt, the return must be registered. The returned goods should be without any signs of use and the label should not be cut off, otherwise we can not make a full refund.

On the back of the invoice (which is in your package) you will find all the information about your return.

After receiving and checking the returned goods, you will get your money back from us in the same way as payment.

We usually book the money back already within 1 day after receiving the goods. You will receive an email from us upon refund. Please note that depending on the financial service provider you have chosen, it may take a few days for the money to show up in your account, even if it is already debited from us.

You can also arrange for an exchange in the process. Please drop off the package at a DPD parcel store or post office, depending on what you choose in the returns process.

The return costs are to be paid by the buyer. You can return the goods by the shipping method of your choice. Please give notice of the return within 30 days of receipt  HERE an.

Please note that even though you exchange or make a return, you will still have to pay the import sales tax and fees from the import.  You can reclaim the import VAT for the returned items (=foreign returned goods) at your responsible customs office after you have paid the invoice for the 7.7% EST and fees from Gebrüder Weiss for the outbound shipment of the package. However, the Swiss Federal Customs Administration charges a processing fee of approximately 30 CHF for the refund of the import VAT. If you would like a refund of the import VAT, please apply for this at the time of the export customs declaration (=when posting the return shipment).
